Yep, its pretty easy, lower the screen down, your find 4 phillips screws, unscrew them, them the dvd will separate from the headrest. be careful not to tug on the wires too tight, push the button on the connectors to free them from the circuit board, label the white one goes on the left and red connector goes on the right. now you have the dvd free and can remove the screws on the back to free

Method 1. I recommend you to un-install/re-install the DVD drive deriver and check. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager. Click on DVD/ CD-ROM drives to expand, right click on the device and click on Uninstall.
