I now have the cool down debuff stuck at about 50% so the undying mod doesn't recharge. Have tried restarting client, creating new session on my character and joining a multiplayer session.

Ran into this bug. Saw this post, exited out of discord and it fixed it. We switched to mumble and it wasn't as bad. If we got stuck on a loading screen we would all just exit out of mumble and the game would load. I tried the steam overlay chat but it was hot garbage, audio quality was bad. I hope they fix this bug.
